    Is there parking?

    The closest car park is at Broadway shopping centre (BD1 1JR).

    We are a 2 minute walk away from Broadway.

    Can I cancel my booking?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund for cancelled bookings. We can, however, rearrange bookings if we are given at least 3 days notice, subject to a £5 admin charge.

    Do you offer a student discount?

    We sure do. Add the following code at checkout for a 10% discount: STUDENT10

    Please bring student ID with you on the day.

    Do you offer NHS discount?

    Yup! Enter the following code at checkout for a 10% discount: NHS10

    Can we pay when we arrive?

    You can choose to pay a £20 deposit online and pay the remainder on the day. Follow the instructions on the booking page to choose this option.

    Can children play?

    While there is no age restriction the puzzles may be too demanding for those under the age of 10. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Please note we do not offer a reduced price for children.

    Is it dark in the room?

    All of our rooms are well-lit.

    Are the rooms scary?

    Our escape rooms are not scary. They can be enjoyed by everyone.

    I'm claustrophobic. Can I still play?

    You are never truly locked in. There is always an unlocked door should you ever want to leave the room at any time. There are no tight spaces in our escape rooms. All of our rooms are spacious and airy.

    Do I have to book in advance?

    All bookings must be made in advance. We do not offer walk-in games. Please call us on 01274 753173 if you want to check last minute availability.

    What is the price?

    The price depends on the group size. The larger the group, the cheaper the price per person.

    2 players: £25 per person

    3 players: £22 per person

    4 players: £20 per person

    5 players: £19 per person

    6+ players: £18 per person

    What happens if we don't escape?

    Your escape room host will let you out once your 60 minute time limit has surpassed.

    What if we need help with a puzzle?

    There are cameras, microphones and TV screens in the escape rooms so your host can monitor your progress and assist you when required.

    Should you need a little nudge in the right direction a clue will pop up on the TV screen.

    Are the games wheelchair-friendly?

    Unfortunately, our games are not wheelchair-friendly. The escape rooms are on the upper floors of a building which does not have a lift.

    What should I wear?

    Anything your heart desires. No special attire is required to play the game.

    Can I change my booking time?

    We can rearrange bookings if we are given at least 3 days notice, subject to a £5 admin charge.

    Do you serve food?

    We do not serve food. We are, however, based in the heart of Bradford city centre and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.

    Will there be people I don't know on my team?

    Nope. All bookings are private.

    Can I add an extra person to my booking?

    Yes, you can add extra players to your booking as long as the maximum capacity of the room is not exceeded. 

    You do not need to notify us in advance, and you can pay for the extra players on arrival.

    I played an escape room with a similar theme. Will it be the same game?

    Nope. Our games have been designed by our specialist in-house team. Our games are unique to Time Trapped and cannot be found anywhere else in the world.

    How much time will we need to play?

    In total you will need approximately 1 hour 30 mins. This includes the safety brief, the escape room itself, followed by group pictures.
